Question of the day: What kind of paint and color did you use to paint the kitchen?

We used Behr Eggshell Finish paint on the walls in Cream Yellow and we used Behr Semi-gloss on the trim in Vermont Cream. The Eggshell took more coats than I can count. I love the color but I'd use a primer for sure (especially since all the people who asked are going from darker to lighter colors. What's up with that?).
